WILD BREAKFAST
Every morning from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., we serve the most delicious breakfast buffet in our lovely café, which you can enjoy both indoors and outdoors.
The ingredients are as local and organic as possible; this applies to both food and beverages.
The breakfast buffet consists of
Buns, rye bread, cheese, charcuterie, fresh fruit, yogurt with honey, granola and toppings, eggs, jam, bionella, juice, tea and filter coffee.
For breakfast, you can order a variety of espresso-based coffee drinks—or an Ellevilde Mimosa with apple juice and cava.
Breakfast in bed – who doesn’t love it?
We are happy to bring breakfast to your room, for this service you pay DKK 100,-.

Ellevilde doesn’t have a lunch menu, but we’d be happy to help you with a delicious sandwich to go if you’re heading out into the Møn countryside.

A Taste of the Island
Behind the kitchen at Ellevilde is Kenneth Ellegaard—a chef and former owner and executive chef of Restaurant 56 Grader on Holmen.
His passion is simple: beautiful dishes with flavors you’ll never forget.
Kenneth works closely with the island’s “people of the land”—foragers who know Møn’s forests, coastlines, and fields—and lets seasonal ingredients set the agenda. Most of it is local. Most of it is organic. Everything is made from scratch.
The kitchen is primarily reserved for hotel guests, and reservations are always required. Occasionally, we open it to outside guests—please always call ahead to check for availability.
What We Offer
The daily special changes with the seasons and depends on what local suppliers bring in each day. It changes almost daily and reflects what’s in season right now—249 DKK
Tapas for 2 is a tribute to the island’s finest ingredients, perfect for sharing—349 DKK (must be ordered in advance by 10 a.m. on the day of your visit)
Twice a year, we host a four-course gourmet dinner with a wine pairing—an evening that engages all the senses.
Opening hours
We are open almost all year round.
In July and August, our kitchen is closed on Fridays and Saturdays—during this time, we offer self-service tapas (please remember to place your order by 10 a.m.)

ELLEVILDE TRUST BAR
In our guest kitchen, you’ll find the Trust Bar, which is open 24/7. Here, you can buy wine, local beer and cider, champagne, soft drinks, and snacks.
Tea and coffee are free around the clock.
