Check in and out

Check-in is possible from 15:00 on the day of arrival. The self-check-in system is also flexible.

Please note that there is no reception at the hotel. If you have any problems with check-in, check-out or breakfast, you can contact Ellevilde by phone on +45 30 22 57 20 (Call and SMS).

Check-out on the day of departure must be done no later than 10:00 am by leaving the room and leaving the key in the door.

Cancellation

Unless otherwise agreed, cancellations can be made free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellation must be made by email. Remember to state the reservation number (We do not accept cancellations via SMS and calls).

In the event of later cancellation, Ellevilde is entitled to payment for the first night of the booked stay. In the event of no-show, Ellevilde is entitled to full payment of the booked stay.

Bedding

Cots and extra beds are subject to availability. All rooms have double beds, twin beds are possible subject to availability and must be arranged in advance by contacting Ellevilde’s phone on +45 30 22 57 20 (Call and SMS).

Livestock

Dogs can usually be brought for DKK 250 per pet per night, but only by prior arrangement. If extraordinary cleaning is required after the visit, Ellevilde is entitled to a cleaning fee of DKK 1,000.

Smoking policy

All rooms and premises are non-smoking. Outdoor smoking is allowed. In case of indoor smoking, a fee of DKK 5000 is charged

Lost key

A fee of DKK 750 is charged for lost keys

Payment options

Payment can be made by cash or credit card. Settlement is in most cases automatic, but can in some cases be done through a payment link. In these cases, you will always be made aware of this.

Replacement

As a room/tent renter, you are obliged to pay compensation to the landlord for any damage you or your guests cause to buildings or fixtures in all rented facilities during the rental period.

Fees and charges

As a tenant of rooms, you are obliged to pay a fee of up to DKK 5000 if extra cleaning is required. This could be due to smoking, neglect of the premises or similar.

House rules

All rooms and premises are non-smoking. Outdoor smoking is allowed.

Doors and windows are kept closed after 23:00

Outdoor music is turned off by 23:00 at the latest

The farm cats are not allowed inside.

All guests must behave respectfully towards staff, the premises and the area and its residents

In general

Dogs and other pets must not be a nuisance to other guests or staff

Failure to comply with these regulations may lead to expulsion without further notice

Events

Offers & prepayment

Offers are always sent by email. The requested date is temporarily reserved when you receive the offer. Offers must be accepted in writing, within 7 days, by email: [email protected] Once the offer is accepted, we will send an invoice for the reservation fee. The reservation of the date will be canceled if we do not receive written feedback within 7 days after the offer has been sent.

When we receive timely payment of the reservation fee, the date is finally booked. The reservation fee is not refundable but will be deducted from the final invoice, which is paid immediately after the party. The amount of the reservation fee depends on the size and nature of the party.

Payment and invoice

Approximately 90 days before the party, we will have a meeting about the details/purchases and you will then receive an invoice for the first installment. The invoice will be for half of the full amount. The invoice must be paid within 7 days.

Immediately after the party, we will send an invoice for the second and final installment, which must be paid within 3 days. The booking fee will be deducted from this invoice.
If you have chosen to pay for drinks according to consumption, this will be added to the final invoice.

If booking is made within 120 days of the event, the meeting will take place as soon as possible and the invoice will be sent immediately after.

Cancellation

Cancellation means complete cancellation or significant change in event type (e.g. full-day event to half-day event).

The final booked event is the accepted offer and any already agreed additional purchases and services.

General Terms and Conditions

If a booking is canceled or canceled without notice from the authorities, the full amount for the planned event or event may still be charged.

Cancellation policy

Up to 60 days before your event/reservation: No further charges – 100% refund, less the reservation fee.

Up to 30 days before your event/reservation: 50% of the total price will be charged, less the reservation fee.

Less than 30 days before your event/reservation: 100% of the total price will be charged, less the reservation fee.

Reservation fee

Reservation fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation

Any cancellation of an event must always be made in writing and sent to: [email protected]

At a meeting approx. 90 days before, the approximate number of participants is also agreed. After this, the final event can be reduced by a maximum of 10%. Please note that the minimum number mentioned in the offer is still valid. In cases where the number of guests falls below the minimum number, the agreed price will be paid for the difference between the actual number of guests and the minimum number and a fee of max. 200 DKK per participant below the minimum number will be added.

In the event that the company has to cancel the event, the reservation fee can be transferred to a new date to be determined in cooperation between the company and the customer. In the event that it is not possible to find a new date, the booking fee will be refunded.

Deadlines

Please note that a final number of participants and a final list of guests in the rented hotel rooms and any extra beds must be submitted no later than 14 days before the start of the party. The list must include the room number and the full names of all those staying overnight.
Please note that no later than 14 days before the start of the party, a schedule must be drawn up stating meals, other serving and any tasks performed by Ellevilde staff.
Please note that no later than 14 days before the start of the party, a final list of special considerations for the food (e.g. vegetarians, allergies, etc.) must be submitted, as well as an overview of where they will sit during dinner – a printed table plan that is given to Ellevilde.

As a tenant of premises/rooms, you are obliged to inform and pay compensation to Ellevilde for any damage you or your guests cause to buildings or fixtures in all rented facilities during the lease.

Fees and charges

As a tenant of premises/rooms, you are obliged to pay a fee of up to DKK 5,000 if extra cleaning is required. This can be, for example, when using confetti or similar (inside & outside), misuse of premises.

Prior agreement is required
  • To ensure that we have a suitable room for you, it is necessary to make a prior arrangement to bring pets.
Extra cleaning fee
  • An additional cleaning fee of DKK 250 per stay is charged to cover the extra cost of cleaning the room after a pet.
Consideration for other guests
  • Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when on hotel premises.
  • We ask you to be considerate of other guests, especially in common areas, as some guests may have allergies or be afraid of dogs.
  • Pets are not allowed on hotel beds, sofas or other furniture intended for guests. Please bring your own blanket or basket for your pet.
  • Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant/café.
Cleaning and hygiene
  • It’s important that you pick up after your pets both indoors and outdoors.
  • We kindly ask you to remove any pet hair from the room upon departure, if possible.
Unforeseen situations
  • If we have not been informed about a pet prior to arrival, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund.
