Our spacious sauna is designed for your total relaxation. Imagine feeling the pleasant warmth spread through your body as the stresses of everyday life disappear. Sauna visits must be arranged in advance, as it takes approximately 1.5 hours to heat the sauna to perfection. We’ll make sure everything is ready for your arrival, so all you have to do is sit back and enjoy the moment.
Saunagus: A sensory journey for body and soul
For an even deeper and more intense experience, we invite you to our exclusive saunagus. Here we take you on an hour-long sensory experience that stimulates all your senses.
A world-class sauna master
We are incredibly proud to have the hotel’s owner, Kenneth, as our trained sauna master. With his background as a chef, Kenneth has a unique ability to integrate flavors into the gus, so that you not only get an unforgettable experience in terms of smell, but also taste.
What can you expect from the sauna gus?
Your sauna gus starts with delicious snacks and a refreshing infusion drink as a gentle introduction to the sensory feast to come. The gus itself consists of three rounds in the sauna, where Kenneth creates a magical atmosphere with:
- Different essential oils: Each round offers new, seductive scents.
- Great music and captivating stories: Kenneth’s personal touch lifts the mood and creates a cozy atmosphere.
- Heat blast with towel swing: Kenneth distributes the hot steam and aromatic scents in the sauna with precision and artistry.
In between sauna sessions, there are three refreshing cold breaks where you can take a cool dip in our cold water pools. These are beautifully located in our garden with a breathtaking view of the fields and a glimpse of the sea – the perfect contrast to the warmth of the sauna.
