From Copenhagen to Møn – a new beginning

For many years we, the family behind ELLEVILDE Boutique Hotel, ran Restaurant 56 degrees in Copenhagen (2007-2023). From here we’ve gained a lot of experience, especially from our large banquet hall where we’ve hosted countless weddings and other memorable events. Now we’ve packed up our passion and expertise and moved to beautiful Møn, where we’ve found our new home and adventure.

A family project filled with love and creativity

We are a family of five – Kenneth and Kirstine, and our three children, Katrine (b. 2011), Kaya (b. 2015) and Kamille (b. 2016).

For us, ELLEVILDE Boutique Hotel is more than just a place – it’s a family project driven by our love for each other, our creative minds and our desire to create something special.

When we first saw this amazing place, we immediately fell in love. We could see the potential to create a unique and personal hotel where guests can feel at home and enjoy the beautiful nature and tranquil atmosphere. At the same time, it allowed us to combine our skills and work together as a family.

Gastronomy and hospitality in focus

Kenneth, who is a professional chef, is responsible for the food at the hotel. With his passion for great ingredients and creative flavors, he creates culinary experiences that pamper your taste buds. Kirstine is a professional waiter and is responsible for planning and hosting. With her attention to detail and natural hospitality, she will make sure your stay is perfect.
